Although we strive to provide accurate representations of our products, we recognize that these factors may sometimes result in discrepancies between the color you see on your screen and the actual garment.

We understand that changes in plans can occur. However, it is important to note that eCommerce is designed to be fast and efficient. Once your order is placed, it is automatically processed, even outside our opening hours.
However, if you contact us as soon as possible in the first few hours after your order, we may be able to do something.

Return policy
Please keep in mind that once your order is validated and sent, our return policy comes into effect.

Delivery times depend on your location in relation to our office located in Quebec, Canada.
Delivery within the same province usually takes 2 to 3 business days. Delivery to another province usually takes 3-5 business days.

In any case, please allow a total delay between 6 and 9 working days once the order is placed.

Our shipping costs are based on two main factors: the weight of your order and its destination. We always do our best to offer competitive shipping rates, in order to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.

Need to return all or part of your order ?
Although these are personalized items, we offer returns of goods in the event of a manufacturing defect.

Sign into your account via the unsen.ca website.
Once you are signed in, you will see your order history.
Locate the order(s) you wish to return.
Click Return items?
Select the item(s) and quantities.
Select the return reason.
Submit the return request.
It's that easy! Once we receive your request, we'll send you an email with the next steps.

Requirements :
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order date.
Returns must be authorized by unsen.ca.
Returns without a return authorization number (RA) will be refused.
Altered or washed garments are non-returnable.

Returns sent to our office not provided in the return instructions may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returns must be sent via courier; local drop off is not available.
Claims of defective, damaged, or lost items must be made within 10 days of date of purchase.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed once an item has been delivered to our office.

Exchanges :
We do not offer exchanges, but you're welcome to return your item(s) and place a new order at your convenience.

Return to Sender :
Please be aware that orders returned to sender are subject to a fee.

Cancellations :
Once the order is sent for processing, we cannot cancel or make changes to it.
Processing occurs within an hour of placing your order, even outside of our operating hours.

Please always thoroughly check your order details before submitting it. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

As soon as we receive your return and our team approves the package, we will issue your refund in the form of original payment.
We ask for your patience as the refund process can take up to 10 business days.
